Title

Dee is a co-founder and the Chairwoman of Cetera’s Board of Directors. She has a B.S. from the University of Miami, a J.D. from Elon University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Dee is a shareholder at Trenam Law and works in the firm’s Business Transactions and Private Client Services Practice Groups. She routinely consults on tax structuring of business reorganizations and M&A transactions. Dee also volunteers with the Guardian ad Litem program and is engaged in the St. Petersburg community by serving on various other Boards of local nonprofits.
