Youth Engagement
Partnering with and engaging young people to impact local, state, and national practice and policies to ensure equitable results for all young people who experience foster care.
Partnering for greater impact, nationally
Cetera is forming partnerships to expand our youth engagement strategies on a national scale.
Authentic Engagement
Cetera is proud to partner with the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative® to support youth engagement efforts in communities across the country. The Jim Casey Initiative works to ensure that young people ages 14 to 26 who have spent at least one day in foster care after their 14th birthday have equitable access to the resources, relationships and opportunities they need to achieve positive well-being and success as they transition into adulthood. To support this result, our team partners with young leaders who have lived experience in the foster care system to inform policy and practice change at federal and local levels.
